This flexible holiday cottage has two bedrooms, with one standard double bedroom and one bedroom that can be set up as either a king size double or twin beds.
Terms and Conditions
- 25% deposit is required to secure any booking.
- Telephone or email bookings will be held for 3 days, pending receipt of deposit. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival date. Payment by BACS or cheques payable to Budds Farm Holiday Cottages.
- Carthouse and Wagtail changeover on Saturday and Swallow on Friday unless otherwise arranged.
- Arrivals strictly not before 5pm and departures by 10am, unless otherwise arranged.
- Short breaks are available by arrangement at some periods.
- Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed if booked at the same time as their owners. They must not be left alone in the barns and should not be allowed on the furniture or beds. There is a charge of £20 per dog for a stay of 7 days or more, £10 per dog for short breaks. Other pets by agreement. Assistance dogs are free of charge.
- The deposit is forfeited if the booking is cancelled.
- The total amount is payable for all cancellations within 42 days of arrival. Please note Cancellation terms may vary if the booking is not made direct with the owner
- All properties are non smoking.

Please note that at high season there are strict Friday changeovers in Swallow and Saturday changeovers in Carthouse and Wagtail and short breaks are not available at these times. Please contact us if you need any assistance.
